family of the late Mrs.

memory by her family.
In his message to the
children Rev. Morden told
them of how one stalk of
wheat eventually was able to
produce enough money in six
years to buy a new bell for a
church in Germany.
Over 500 people enjoyed a
hot beef smorgasbord dinner
with home made pie for
dessert, on November 11 in
the church basement. This
was sponsored by the board
of stewards, assisted by the
4 U.C.W. units. On behalf of
the board of stewards chair-
man Leroy Bryan offered his
appreciation to everyone
who helped in any way to
make this project such a
great success.
At St. Thomas Anglican
Church the Rev., Greg Smith
was the Celebrant of the
Holy Eucharist. Mrs. Ron
Hardie read the Epistle of
the day. The Gospel was
read by the Rector who
preached his sermon on un-
conditional forgiveness.
Christ teaches forgiveness
and we should forgive and
forget our differences with
one another. In this way, it
gives us a better opportunity
to live with other people,
said the Rector.
Flowers were placed in
the church from the funeral
of the late Mrs. Elizabeth
Crockett in loving memory
by her family.
