Following vi report' by Edythe Murd' regarding catering for the Christmas party,' a "show -of -hands vote" favoured the Shillelagh. The dinner will be served in thedownstair room at 1 p.m., Thursday, December 14. Members are asked to be prepared to get their tickets for the dinner and for the Simcoe trip within the next two weeks. Birthday greetings were extended to - Iola Goring, Winnifred Jolliffe and Elnora Haycraft. The president asked each member to try to bring a card for Lon Philips as he will he celebrating his 95th birthday, today, Thursday.
