The gates to the three day event open al 6 p.m Friday. Augdst 18. Fair chairman Glenn Nevin and his -cochairman Larry Hotson have lined up a busy schedule ot activities. For (pe first time the Parade wilt be held on Friday night. It will start at 7 p.ni n Highway 4 near the OPP station and head north to the Community Centre- The parade will feature a large number 'of bands and majorette groups. They include the Young Concords. the Bluewater Buccaneers. London's Mocca Temple, the Sealorth 'pipe band, majorettes troth Dorchester and Goderich Also in the Lots of books now at library. The Lucan library is now affiliated with the Lake Erie regional library system. New books are added three times a year and any _books not in stock may be borrowed from the regional Library.
