Lt. Clifford, Hicks, killed in air operations. The sixth book was in ap- preciation of the services of the Sunday School Superintendent and teachers during her at- tendance at Sunday School. The new guest book for the church was presented by Mr. & Mrs. W. R. Essery in memory of Bill's parents Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Essery. Senior citizens There was a good attendance on Monday for the Senior Citizens pot luck dinner followed by an afternoon of crokinole and cards. The seniors provided the first course and the dessert was supplied by the UCW. Euchre party Sir. & Mrs. Earl Dixon, Mr. & Mrs. Larry Cronyn were in charge of the euchre party on Monday night with 11 tables in play.
