Rev. Jack Roedo officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Martha Rooseboom and the late Hein Rooseboom of Hensall. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Deitz of Kippen. The maid of honour was Shirley Rooseboom, sister of the bride. The best mon was Mike Reynolds, Lon- don, a friend of the groom. Mr. and Mrs. Deitz will be residing in Hen - soli. Jack Doerr photo MR. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Alice Koehler, 207 Columbia Dr., Huron Park.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerold Mason,145 Rowland St., Dashwood. The bride's sister, Mrs. Debbie Burdge was the motron of honour. The bride's other sister Cathy Koehler was the bridesmaid. The best man was the brother of the groom, Ron Mason of Exeter. Brother of the groom Bifl Mason ushered guests from Exeter, Palmerson, Zurich, Hensall, Grand Bend, London and Clinton. The cou- ple are residing at 1 14 St. Lawrence Ave., Huron Park. 1 Exchange student relates trip Rotary exchange student Steve Oliver, of St. Marys was the guest speaker at Tuesday's Xi Gamma Nu sorority meeting. He has spent one year in South Africa. During the meeting, held at the home of Mary Jane Taylor. the guest speaker showed slides of South Africa. They included the area, homes, people and jobs of South Africa. He said he has formed the opinion that the people of South Africa are very happy. An Exemplar Ritual was held for Yvonne Reynolds and Wilma Wraight. Plans were finalized for the daffodil day, to be held April 11. Money raised from the day will go to the Canadian Cancer Society. Wed in Florida Lela Kestle. of Exeter, and Orby Kestle, of Riviera Beach, Florida, were married on March 10. Performing the ceremony was Rev. Arthur Snyder, of Lake Park, Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Watson, London, niece and nephew of the couple, were the attendants. Guests were Mrs.- A. Watson, London, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Amy, Burford. T -A photo Choir and recital to feature dedication of new Bethel organ A combined choir of 50 voices and an organ recital will feature the dedication of a new organ at Bethel Reformed Church in Exeter Sunday night at 7.30 p.m. The choir will be conducted by Al De Haan of Exeter and will be composed of members from the Clinton and Exeter Christian Reformed congregations. Members of the R. E: Pooley Exeter branch of the Royal Canadian Legion will assist..i.n the dedication service. The organ is being dedicated on behalf of those who lost their lives in World Wars I and II and particularly during the liberation of The Netherlands. A special organ recital will be conducted by Jan Overduin of London, Ontario. He has established an enviable reputation for concert ap- pearances on the European continent. in GreatBritain and the United States in addition to this country. In 1900 Jan Overduin became the first and so far the only person'to take both associate and Jan Overduin lelluwship diplomas of the Royal Canadian College of Organists at one sitting. The new organ is a Baldwin C I„n with two full manuals and -full pedal. The decision by church utticrils.to obtain the organ was reached last fall after a suc- cesslul pledge drive. List price of the organ is close 10 Sl ,tKH). A few changes had to be made in the church building to allow the organ to sound at its best. The purchase of the organ was the second major acquisition by Bethel Reformed church recently. The first was the purchase of. a parcel of land directly adjacent to the north of the church property.
