TAKE NOTICE that a Committee of the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Exeter will hold a Public Meeting on the 8th day of Febru-
ary, 1989, at 7:45 p.m., at the Exeter Municipal Building, 406 Main
Street South, Exeter, Ontario, to consider a possible Zoning By -Law
Amendment under Section 34: of the Planning Act, 1983.
The Zoning By -Law Amendment to be considered would amend Zoning
By -Law No. 30-1978 to introduce provisions for "Bed and Brcakfast"Es-
tablishments" (establishments which provide short-term accommodation
for taveliers in private homes). -

The proposed amendment would defile the term "Bed and Breakfast Es-
tablishment", would permit these uses in Commercial Zones (C1 and
C5) and would establish regulations relating to such' uses. The amend-
ment would also create a Residential Zofe•classification (tvith associat
regulations), but would not initially apply this zone to any lands. •

housing survey last Tuesday night
and it showed that Exeter does need

posed Exeter Lions Club- Youth

'Two Michigan residents were
killed after a hit-and-run accident
near Greenway. The two were cy-
cling on Huron Road 15 .about a
mile west of Greenway when they
were struck by a west bound truck
driven by a 17 year old. •
