Reeve Bob Fisher said the $210,000 grant if received would be used for the Zurich municipal drain, sidewalks and repair and pos- sible expansion. fo the auditorium at the Zurich arena. Mothgack Development Corpo- _ ration will be charged $25 for snow plowing a portion of Park- side Avenue for the year 1988-89. Council received a copy of the response to the Review of Conser- vation Authorities as prepared by the 11 conservation authorities in the Southwest Region. This response will be dealt with by the full meeting of the Ausable Bayfield Cosnrvation Authority in Clinton on November 25. Discussioq took place on a new agreement concerning the Hay township landfill site. Council will agree to an annual fee of S9,500 to be locked in until 1992: The rate paid by Hay township is expected to be $10,0(0 per year for the same period. To this Reeve Bob Fisher commented, " We have always been paying S500 a year less than Hay township." Council has been advised by the Ausable Bagicld Conservation Authority that the application from Mothgack Development Corpora4on to construct a residee- tial subdivision has been ap- proved. The winner of the cake made and donated by Mary Lou Erb was Donna Klopp. Joanne Bengough was the winner of the crib quilt donated by Gertrude Fleis- chauer.
