Golden Glimpses
ZURICII - Our film program has
begun on Monday evening for the
wintcr months. The regular month-
ly birthday party was held on Tues-
day; sponsored by thc Ladies of
Bayfield United Church. Residents
enjoyed the music supplied by the
choir as well as thc group singing.
Residents having birthdays and re-
ceiving a;,gift, courtesy of the La-
dies Auxiliary were: Mrs.' Helen
Bedard, Mrs. Yvonne Creces,'Mr.
Aaron Gingerich, Mrs. Fern Love,
Mi. Edwin Marlene, Mr. Gerald
Srecnan and Mr. Alvin Steckle. •
On Thursday morning and after-
noon, Geri Fashions of London dis-
played their clothing for both ladies
and men which gave Residents and
their families the opportunity to
buy a full line of clothing. During
the afternoon. a fashion show was
staged with models Violet Dunn
Loreen Devine, Loftus Denomme,
Elaine Memcr and Mrs. Broom.
The Nursery School Children
from the Bean Sprouts visited the
Home on Friday morning and pre-
sented their little Hallowe'en pro-
gram in their variety of spooky cos-
tumes. Residents derive a great deal
of pleasure from these little people.
The sympathy of Residents and
staff is extended to the family of the
late Mrs. Violet Huntley.
Mrs. Ann Willcrt and Mrs.
Yvonne Creces are stilt pati is in
the general hospital. We wish them
a speedy recovery.
