tional pastors. There are 20 church-
es of Pentecostal Holiness Church
International in Haiti now, with
many brush arbors also. -
Pastors need training. Once a
month the native pastors come to
Port au Princewhere they have a
pastor's training' centre in a church.
There are now about 15 schools in.
the churches, with secular curricu-
lum
approved by the government,
but with Christian teachers. They
are feeding about 1,500 children
once a day.
In the first year six new churches
of concrete blocks, steel roofs, and
.concrete floors have been built, re-
placing brush arbors. Churches in
Canada and U,S.A. sponsor .the
building.

Rcv. Cave said they see hungry
pcoplc everywhere in Haiti. The.
U.S. and Canada and other countries
send food in. The problem is not
just physical, but spiritual. The
country is steeped in witchcraft,
fear, and torment. The people are
:waiting tohear how to escape this. •
Because water is scarce, Haitians
collect water where and how ever
they can: When they were building
. one church, water had to be carried

Rev. Cave stressed we all need to
use our talents for the Lord.
Sunday morning Mr. Tim Kritizer
sang Only Jesus can Satisfy Your
Soul. Mr. Kritizer led the song ser-
vice.
Rev. Roger Mason spoke from
:Acts 5:1-11. This story showed if
Satan cannot cause problems out-
side the church, he will create prob-
lems within the church. One wav
is to cause -believers to focus inward
upon thcrnselvcs:. Instead Chris-
tian's focus should be outside the
church to help others. .
Rev. Roser Mason conducted the
Sunday evening service. Mr. Pieter
Schinklcshoek ministered from
John 3:1-12, where Jesus said we
must be born again.
