Five basketballplayers are
representing South Huron in
the annual Huron vs. Perth
AH -Star Games this Thursday
at Stratford Northwestern
high school. The junior game
is at 7:30 p.m. followed by the
seniors at 8:45.
Each Huron County team
sends its best to match up
against thePerth all-stars. The
teams should be fairly well -
matched for both junior and
senior games.. Not used to
playing together, these teams
will not be able to develop
plays or involved defences,
especially having practiced
only once or twice.
Huron's junior team will be
• boosted by South Huron's
Scott Lovie and Rob Tait, in
grade eleven and ten
respectively. .
Kevin Parsons' speed and
jumping strength, especially
inthe Huron -Perth finals
earned him a spot on .the
senior all-star team. John
Mol's height and John
McAllister's controlled play
will be needed by the slightly
inferior Huron seniors: Perth
will be have strong represen-
tation from Stratford Nor-
thwestern, Central and Mit-
chell. Both Parsons and
McAllister are in their final -
year at South Huron while
Mol is in grade 12.
