Back from Florida trip
By MRS. FRED BOWDEN
The Easter Service' in the
United Church on Sunday
morning was one of inspira-
tion in both message and
music.
Mr. Peter Snell conducted
the service and preached a
fine sermon using for a text
"I am the resurrection, and
the life; he that believeth in
me, though he were dead,
yet shall he live."
There was organ and piano
music by Mr. Gill and Mrs.
Ray Mills. The anthem by
the choir, Mrs. Lois Wilson's
lovely solo and the number
by Mr. Snell were all deeply
appreciated.
Two beautiful Easter
lilies were placed in the
church by Mr. and Mrs. W.
Palmer, St. Catharines in
loving memory of Mrs.
Palmer's parents. Mr. and
Mrs. George Hepburn and
her brother Jack Hepburn.
