District High School. The hunt was part of Winter Week at the

of the Marion Ritchie Even-
ing Auxiliary at her home
January 20 with 14 members
present.
Mrs. Duncan Scott presid-
ed opening the meeting with
a introduction to the book of
Genesis, followed by a
hymn. Mrs. John
Templeman gave the scrip-
ture. followed by prayer by
Mrs. Scott.
All present answered the
roll call with a verse from
the book of Genesis. For her
special number, Mrs. Nor-
man Harburn gave a
humorous reading, Saga of
•the Farm."
Mrs. Carter Kerslake
chose as her topic "Elusive
Epiphany" explaining the
meaning of the word
Epiphany.

Miller introduced the study
book for 1981 on India and
Napal, describing the coun-
tries, temperatures, pop-
ulations, etc. She closed with
a prayer for 'the provinces
choosing Alberta, for
January.
Mrs. Robert Laing had
attended the annual meeting
of the Perth Presbyterian
Women this past week in
Stratford and brought back a
most informative and in-
teresting report.
During business it was
decided to contribute to a
layette and to entertain
neighbouring church groups
in April.
Off to Quebec City
At the present time, Mr.
and Mrs. Ernest Dow are in
Quebec City, where they are
taking an immersion course
in the French language.
From there, they and their
daughter Emily will spend
six months in Nigeria where
Ernest will be working at
agricultural training centre
for the blind.
This is to prepare them for
a two year term working for
the Christian Blind Mission
International in the Peoples
Republic of Congo, where
Clandeboyenest will set up agriculturala
trainingcentre for the blind.
