McKenzie said any changes to the bound- aries needs to be in the "public interest" for effective representation, and the terms of ref- erence and guiding principles for the review Lynda Hillman-Rapley will need to be established and sufficient time allotted for public consultation daring the review. She will ask at the May 1(ith meeting if a discussion could be held on whether or not the ward boundaries would be reconsidered prior to the 2014 election, as the process would need to be commenced in the very near future in order to sleet the prescribed deadlines.
