There are no changes to the Water Rates. This rate increase was recommended in the 2008 Water and Wastewater Rate Study and re -confirmed in the recently completed review/update of that Rate Study. Wastewater Consumptive Charge increases from 51.00/m3 to 51.16/m3 The water base charge, debt re -payment charge, water consumptive charge and the wastewater base charge all remain unchanged. The wastewater flat rate charge will increase from $119.50 to $129.50 per quarter, to reflect the increase in the consumptive charge assessed to all other customers. This rate increase will apply to the first water/wastewater billing in 2013. Stephen customers will receive their first quarterly water/wastewater billing in April 2013 (for January, February & March). Exeter customers will receive their first quarterly water/wastewater billing in May 2013 (for February, March & April).
