2013 in hor 86th year. Predeceased by her
beloved husband Sidney. Loving mother of
Lynn Chambers (Warren Mowers), Dennis
Dude (Sharon), Pamela Horrorias and
Glenn Dune (Tracy Woods). Dear
grandmother of Heather, Eric, Sebastien
(Paige), Emmanuel, Arnelia (Tod), Madison,
and Sydney and great-grandmother of
Emma. Loving sister of Isobel Mackenzie
and sister-in-law of Ann Wardlaw.
Predeceased by hor Infant son, brother
Edward Wardlaw, sons-in-law Kenneth

GINGERICH, Mary Alice (Bender) -
Surroundod by the lova of hor family, Mary
Alice (Bonder) Gingorich, formerly of
Zurich, passed away on April 5, 2013 at her
residence Nithviow Homo, Now Hamburg.
Mary was born 91 years ago in East Zorra
Township, a daughter of the late Noah and
Magdalena (Ruby) Bonder. She was a
member of tho Zurich Mennonite Church.
She farmed with hor husband Curtis at
R.R.2 Zurich for many years and was a
cook at the Bluewator Rest Homo, Zurich.
Beloved wifo of the late Curtis Gingorich
(2007) whom she married on October 3,
1942. Loving mother of Don and Sharon
Gingorich of R.R. 2, Zurich, Ralph and
Yvonne Gingorich of Elmira, Dolores and
tho late Cliff Gingerich of Zurich and Sandi
and Leo McCarron of New Hamburg. Sadly
missed by her 15 grandchildren and 19
great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of
Nodaino Bonder, Irene Bender, Eileen
Bonder, Della Gingerich and Alice
Gingorich. Fondly remembered by her
many nieces and nephews and the Bonder
and Gingerich families. Predeceased by her
brothers Melvin (Mabel), Reuben (Alice),
Elton(Elda), Curtis, Ervin, Ezra and sisters

TWO YOUTH CHARGED
'Ihe 1 luron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Criminal
Investigation Unit has arrested two youth in relation to the arson
at Watson's home hardware located on Bayfield Road in
Goderich. 'Ihe fire, which took place around midnight on Janu-
ary 20, 2013 caused extensive damage to two utility sheds and the
inventory inside the sheds.
Investigators determined the two youth involved entered the
sheds and were smoking inside prior to the fire. After the fire, a
15 year old youth threatened to cause harm to the 12 year old if
he told police about the fire.
A 15 year old boy from Goderich is facing charges of Arson,
Mischief Over $5,000 and Utter 'threats. Also charged is a 12 year
old boy fmtn Goderich he is facing charges of Arson and Mischief
Over $5,000. Both will have to attend Youth Justice Court in
( ;oderich on May 9, 2013.
COPPER WIRE STOLEN FROM CAMPGROUND
A I.amhton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investil
tion has revealed that approximately three thousand dollars in
electrical supply cords were cut and stolen from trailers at a local
campground.
'Ihe ten gauge electrical supply cords, each with an approxi-
mate length of 25 feet had an amperage • reading of 30-50 and
were stolen sometime between Mar 18, 2013 and Match 31, 2013.
'Ihe OPP investigation is continuing.

Fraudsters continue to use old ploys and they also (orale up
with new ones! 'Ihe lanlbton County Ontario Provincial Police
(OPP) investigated two recent fraud complaints where one vic-
tim ha(1 several fake credit cards added to the victim's list of regu-
lar payees.
By the time the fraud had been uncovered, an approximate
dollar amount of thirty thousand had been taken through these
fake credit cards.
Another fraud complaint came in the guise of Winning money
through a very familiar published digest. 'Ihe victim was asked to
send five thousand dollars to an address in tht' (Jnited States in
order to process the ten million dollar winning amount.
No winning money has shown to date, and the victim is out
five thousand dollars.
Check your hank accounts regularly especially when doing on-
line banking or purchases. Make sure the website you are doing
business 00, is a secure website,
Don't trust letters or phone calls or entails or any other forms
of communication that ask you for money. Also, be extremely
suspect of any communications that inform you of sudden
winnings.
If you receive such communications and find then) to be sus-
picious, or you find any suspicious activity with your bank
account, contact the ()PP for advice and possible investigati
o1' contact your personal financial institution for assistance .,..,.
