There are no changes to the Water Rates. This rate increase was recommended in the 2008 Water and Wastewater Rate Study and re -confirmed in the recently completed review/update of that Rate Study. Wastewater Consumptive Charge increases from $1.001m3 to S1.16/m3 The water base charge, debt re -payment charge, water consumptive charge and the wastewater base charge all remain unchanged. The wastewater flat rate charge will increase from $119.50 to S129.50 per quarter, to reflect the increase in the consumptive charge assessed to all other customers, This rate increase will apply to the first water/wastewater billing in 2013. Stephen customers will receive their first quarterly water/wastewater billing in April 2013 (for January, February & March). Exeter customers will receive their first quartedy water/wastewater billing in May 2013 (for February, March & April). The second goal was also scored by Zurich (Ryan Regier, unassisted) in the beginning of Period 2 but the Arran Elderslle Ice Dogs tied It up by the end of the third. Zurich's Ryan Regier, unassisted scored again in sudden death overtime for a victorious win and the WOAA Jacobi trophy.
