The girls then defeated Ilderton by a score of 5-3. The girls then battled to a 3-3 tie against Lambeth. The Petrolia girls then lost the Belmont Blazers by a score of 3-0. They advanced to the finals where they faced the Belmont team once again. The overcame a 2-0 deficit in the 3rd period by score three straight goals and came home with the gold.
