(Keller) - Peacefully, with the love of her
family surrounding her, at St. Joseph's
Hospice, Sarnia. Friday, January 4, 2013,
Sandra "Sandy" Louise (Keller) Rumming,
of Grand Bend. formerly of London,
age 62. Beloved wife of Raymond "Ray"
G. Rumming. Loved daughter of Ola
(Egan), (Keller), McCall and daughter-in-
law of Ruth Rumming both of London.
Dear mother and mother-in-law of Andrew
and Pam Patterson and step -mom of Joff
Rumming, Jennifer and Ken Tiffin all of
London. Loved and will be missed by her
grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Dear sister of Judy Desjardine, Paul and
Caroline Keller, Pam Koller all of London
and Kim Auger of Grand Bend. Dear sister-
in-law of Nancy Warner and companion
Bob Stewart of RR 2, Grand Bend.

'the 1,Itke 1luron Primary Water Supply System is
undertaking a critical repair 'tithe transmission pipe-
line at two locations In the Mt. Carmel tura. In order
to limit the impact to the area municipalities and
consumers, the repair is platmmI fat today, Wednes-
day January 9th and will he undertaken simultane-
ously at both locations.
'the quality of the water supplied to area munici-
iTa►lities and consumers is not affected and most con-
sumers should not experience any change from their
normal water supply.
Municipalities supplied by the Lake I luron Pri-
mary Water Supply System include Bluewater, South
I recon, Lambton Shores, I.ucan Biddulph, North
Middlesex, Middlesex Centre, Strathroy (a ntdoc and
the City of London.
Damaged Pipe Detected
A recently completed condition assessment
undertaken 00 the transmission pipeline between
tau' %%;►tel treatment plant located in South 1luron
neat thane! ilentl ,mail the terminal Reservoir in
Middlesex (:entre near Arva detected two pipes that
are damaged beyond acceptable tolerances and
require immediate replacement. '1 he replacements
of the two damaged pipes are being undertaken
simultaneously on Wednesday January 9th starting
at 4:30am. Although the replacement of the two
pipes themselves is anticipated to take approxi-
mately 20 hours to complete, it will take another 24
hours for the water supply system to refill depleted
reservoirs throughout the region before operations
return to a more normal condition.
The supply of treated drinking water to the City of
I .ondon from the Elgin Area water supply system will
1)0 increased, however the majority of the water sup-
plied to the consumers by the Lake 1luron Primary
Water Supply System will be provided from storage
reservoirs while the pipe repairs are being under-
taken. Sonie communities in the region may experi-
ence lower than normal water pressures, including
Ailsa (:r'aig and llderton. Consumers are encouraged
to contact their municipality if experience discol-
oured water or have no water.
