Sherman and Jenny Roth recently spent four days in Las Vegas. Several family 'Thanksgiv- ing get-togethers were held in town last weekend with relatives coming far and near. It was nice to have our daughters Renee and Mea- gan here from Saturday to Monday and we all enjoyed dinner at the Klopps on Sunday. The group discussed ideas for the end of the year celebration before the school closes. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, the nurs- ery school children from the London Bridge program at the home, help to deliver the mail to the residents. They also enjoy saying nursery rhymes with the children and are planning to have a costume parade and (Hal- loween party. Entertainment will be by Peter on the piano, the Goderich music group, the Grand Bend Senior sand, Home Made Jam and Gladys and her Merry Makers. Bingo games with assistance from Community Living in Dash- wood will be enjoyed. There will be pumpkin carving and baking. A ride in the bus to see the fall colours was enjoyed by some residents.
