Phragmites update The YINR has provided the municipality of Baron - Kinloss with an ' application to use pesticides on the inva, sive phragmites. Staff commented that they have submitted the - .applica- tion and await . -:a 'response. the staff hope to be able to apply pesticide this fall, if possible. •
