MACDONALD
John (Jack) E. MacDonald, WWII Veteran, of
Lucknow and formerly of Kitchener, passed
away at Pinecrest Manor on Thursday, June
11, 2009 in his 90th year. He was bom in
Lucknow on June 17, 1919 to the late John A.
MacDonald and Lillian Byrd. Beloved husband
of the late F. Audrey Campbell. He is survived
by three daughters: Beverly (Gord) Hitchman
of Kitchener, Brenda (Bob) Primeau of
Burlington and Etta Schinbein of Kitchener.
Also greatly missed by nine grandchildren,
three great-grandchildren and several nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by son Don and
siblings Jean, Tom, Margaret, Elizabeth,
Dinnie, Etta Bell and Ken. Visitation was held
from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church,
Kitchener, on Saturday, June 13 and
MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Horne,
Lucknow on. Sunday, June 14 with both a
Legion and Masonic service. A funeral service
was held on' Monday, June 15 from the
MacKenzie .& McCreath Chapel with Rev. P.
Kinsman officiating. Jack's grandchildren were
pallbearers.. and flower bearers. interment

Jack and Carl Haldenby and brother-in-law
Lloyd Husk. The funeral service was held at
the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater, on
Tuesday, June 16 with visitation one hour prior.
Rev. Kenneth Craig officiated. Honorary pall-
bearers were Donnie Wail, Ted Milne, Laverne
Harris, Bob Harris and Ray Harris. Acting as
timer bearerswere Debra . Cassidy, Diane
Leslie, Cheryl Cottrill and -Jennifer
Burningham. Carrying Kevin to his final resting
place In CuirosseTeeswater Cemetery were Ed
Husk, John Husk, .George Barrell, Jeff
Haldenby, Blair Cassidy and Dwight Leslie.
