French Sinnvberry Pie
1-9" baked pie shell or graham wafer crust
Spread 4 -oz soft cream cheese on bottom of pie shell
Place 1/2qt. of stawbeines on top of the mem cheese
In a saucepan, mash the remaining strawberries and
add water to make 11/2 cups of liquid
Mix 1 cup of sugar and 3 Tbsp of com starch ina sepa-
rate bowl
Add the sugar/�m starch mbdure b the mashed Wm*
beny mixture and bring It to a boN. Boil on low heat for1
minute
Let cool and pow over the berries in the pie shell.
Refrigerate. Top %Ai whip cream before serving
