MACINTYRE
Donald Maclntyre, WWiI Veteran, beloved
husband of Daphne (Allen) Maclntyre of
Lucknow, passed away at his residence on
Saturday, June 6, 2009 in his 85th year. He
was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on July 10,
1924. Greatly missed by daughters Carol
Maclntyre of London, Ardonna Symes of
Goderich, Barbara (Neil) Dale of Clinton, Linda
Beynen Lucknow, Sheila (Gary) Cvetas of
Hamilton and Jo -Ann LaBelle of Clinton. Also
lovingly remembered by 19 grandchildren and
seven great grandchildren. He was prede-
ceased. by his parents William & Mary Ann
Maclntyre, daughter Rosalie Burley and son-
in-law Victor LaBelle. Visitation was held from
MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home,
Lucknow on Monday June 8, 2009 with a
Legion Service in the evening. On Tuesday
June 9, 2009 the funeral service was conduct-
ed from the chapel with Rev. Peggy Kinsman
officiating. Pallbearers were grandsons Daniel
Maclntyre, Michael Beynen, Brendan Dale,
Jared Symes, Jordan Cvetas and Dane
LaBelle. Honorary Pallbearers were grandsons
Cody Symes, Jonothan Beynen, Josh Dale
and Scott Koyle. Granddaughters Shalena
and Jordana Dale,. Justine and Jaqueline
Cvetas, Kaylan Syrnes and. Usa Koyle were
flower bearers. Interment South Kinloss
Cemetery, Lucknow. Donations to Canadian
Cancer Society or Diabetes Association great-
ly appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

2009 at the age of 82 Lloyd was born on June
8, 1927 in Kincardine Township. Beloved

Sybil Straker of Kincardine. :Sadly missed by

iris great nieces and nephews. Predeceased

Parents Kevin and Melissa are delighted to
announce the safe arrival of their daughter,
Alena Caroline Scott, born Saturday, June 13,
2009, at St. Joseph's Hospital, London. Alena
arrived at 10:13 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs., 14
oz. Excited grandparents are Alan and
Margaret Scott of Stratford and Allan and
Donna Snowden of Wingham. Alena is a great-
granddaughter of Roy Dawson of Wingham
and Caroline Menary of Lucknow. A special
thanks to Dr. Natale and the delivery staff of St.
Joseph's Hospital, and Melanie Siebert, for
their great help. Thank you also to the doctors
and staff at the Wingham hospital for all their
caring and concern throughout the pregnancy
and delivery. A very special thanks to Dr. Mark
Moores and Alexa Dore for all they have done
for Kevin and 1 over the last year. Their kind-

We would like to thank the Lucknow and
Teeswater fire departments for attempting to
save and control the fire when our implement
shed went up in flames the stormy morning of
April 6. Thanks to all the great neighbours,
friends and family for their quick help that day
and the clean up days after. Thanks to those
who brought by food for the help and for the
phone calls of support. A big thanks to the pea
ple who spent a lot of time organizing a great
benefit dance and auction along with a pig
roast for us on May 22 at the Wingham Legion.
Special thanks to all the businesses and peo-

are very lucky to live in such a great commu-

The family of the late Phyllis Rivett would like
