The .Department of Fisheries and Oceans will delegate their authority for such matters to local con- servation authorities. Retirement homes Council endorsed the resolution of the City of Greater Sudbury and in so doing so petitioned the Provincial Government to pass legislation that will regulate and provide resources to monitor all retirement homes and pro- vide a safe home environ- ment for seniors. Internet Filtering Councillor Jim Hanna called the internet the "wild wild west," and something that should be up to parents, but that did- n't stop Huron -Kinloss Twp. council from endors- ing the resolution of the City of Cambridge who petitioned the Provincial Government to require ail public schools and libraries in Ontario to install Internet filtering software on computers. • Green Ribbon Hope Campaign Huron -Kinloss Twp. council is supporting and endorsed the resolution of Child Find Ontario and in so recognizes May as Missing Children's Month and May 25 as National Missing Children's Day by supporting the Green Ribbon Program. Grass cutting agree- ments Iluron-Kinloss Twp. council accepted the pro- posal of Gordon Dale to cut the grass for. the 2009 season in Whitechurch Park for $95 per cut. Council also accepted the proposal, of Don McFarlane to cut the•grass for the 2009 season in the Kinlough .Cemetery for $200 for the year. 20 LB.
