Queensway residents and their
guests were treated to a musical, fun -
filled evening on Dec. 17 when "Audi-
bly Awesome" composed of Richard,
Len and Fred Lobb, Richard Rose, Bill
Strong . and Gerry Cox, provided the
entertainment for the resident Christ-
mas party.
These wonderful men appear to re-
ceive as much enjoyment from per-
forming as their audience does from
attending.
With the wonderful vocals, especially
Richard Rose's amazing bass that orig-
inates from his toes, music, jokes and
the energetic auctioneer's song abley
performed by Richard Lobb, residents
just didn't want the show to end.
Volunteer Marlene Mathers visited
Saturday, Dec. 12 and shared her
beautiful singing voice with residents
in the sunroom. Her familiar tunes and
interactive style drew a good crowd out
to enjoy the show.
Residents spent Wednesday evening
cruising Exeter streets via Murphy
Bus Lines Mobility Bus to soak up the
Christmas spirit evident in the beau-
tiful Christmas light displays. There
were some very creative displays, but
the one thing residents agreed on was
that they were happy not to be pay-
ing the hydro bills ata few of the loca-
tions.
With the ektra special seasonal pro-
grams along with regular Fun & Fit -
