returns to Seaforth for pooches in need

Mike Ward from Clinton, who is one of the organizers for the Bow Wow Rescue Dog Walk
leads the way as the group of dogs and their owners head to the Seaforth Racetrack.
Since last year rained, they changed the usual Seaforth Optimist Park destination so
they would have a place to be sheltered from possible wet forecasts.
