'heck of a wind' downs limb, hydro line on Louisa Street

Seaforth firefighters responded
Saturday afternoon when a huge
limb fell on a hydro line on Louisa
Street, broke the hydro pole and
damaged a street light.
_ "We got a call that there was a -
hydro line down and a pole on fire.
The pole was snapped in half but
there was no fire," said Seaforth Fire
Chief Zbm Phil-
lips on Monday.
He said fire-
fighters reported
the damage to
Festival Hydro
and the munici-
pality, stayed on
scene to protect
the public from
the live wires on
the ground.
"Nobody
should be walk-
ing down there
when the hydro
is still live," he
said.
