"Almost every academic investigator I talk to gets excited about looking at research in rural com- munities. When I told him (Petrella) what we're building in Seaforth, he immediately realized the potential of a . collabo- ration and he was glad we're building the infra- structure in a rural com- munity," says Munoz.
