Add 3 cups water, cover pan and simmer 10 minutes. Crush with masher, cover pan and simmer 5 minutes longer. Place fruit in cheese -cloth bag and squeeze out juice. Measure '7% level cups (33 lbs.) sugar, and 4 cups juice into large saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
