The Hensall Community
Development Action Committee and
the Hensall Fire Department will be
presenting an "all you can eat" fish
fry on Sunday, Aug. 13 from 5 to 7
p.m. at the Hensall Arena. Proceeds
are for community improvements.
The Hensall and Community
Horticultural Society will hold their
flower show on Monday, July 24 at
Hensall United Church. The guest
speaker will be Susan Finch, of Sun
Shade Nursery, who will speak on
grasses and hostas. Everyone is
welcome at this annual event.
At Carmel Presbyterian Church
Tracy Whitson-Bahro's message was
"A Listening Heart."
Joyce Pepper was the organist and
the offering was received by Al
Hoggarth and Frank Varley.

All 26 members of Campbell family
attend annual camp out weekend
The Campbell family held their
annual camp out weekend - this
year at Fisherman's Cove. All 26
were in attendance.
Events included a craft show,
wagon ride, swimming, boat rides,
relaxing, and of course, fishing. The
weather of course was warm but
cooled down nicely for sleeping. It
was an enjoyable time for all.

and St. Vincent de Paul
St. Patrick's and
St. Vincent de
Paul will hold a
parish picnic on July 23. Corn on
the cob and bacon on a bun will be
served and games for young and old.
The community's sympathy to
Celeste McCreight, whose sister
Eileen .Chisholm passed away
recently. •

Fall for their fourth year Bachelor
