There was no service at Cavan
United Church but several people
answered the invitation to attend
the musical program presented by
the young people at Northside.
As this was Pentecost Sunday the
musical was titled "Come Holy
Spirit." Nancy Smith and Joan
Stewart were the directors.
Twenty young people participated
including the "Praise Band" with
Jeffrey Denham and Brent Vincent
on guitar and Julie Vincent, soloist
assisted by
Carolyn Griffin
and Rick Fortune.
Bob and Ruth
and Beatrice Campbell, Doug and
Vicki Campbell and girls attended
Egmondville Church on Sunday to
witness the confirmation of Nicole
Morey.
Sandra Morey was transferred to
Clinton Hospital for a couple of days
and returned home on Thursday.
She also attended the confirma-
tion with Cassie and Tyler.
Ruth Schade underwent knee
surgery last week in Stratford
General Hospital. She returned
home on Sunday.

1 Receive Annual Reports of the Board of Directors, including
Financial Statements, together with the Auditor's Report thereon.
The Financial Statements will be available after June 12th on the
Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance website - www.hpha.ca - Reports
and Publications section.
2. Amend each of the Hospitals' Professional Staff By -Laws.**
3. Appoint Auditors.
4. Receive the Ad Hoc Nominating Committee Report on New
Directors.
**The amendments to the Hospitals' By-laws relate to amending the Professional Staff
By-laws to ensure that all information required to be provided by privileged health care
professionals is provided to the Credentials and Resource Planning Committee, in order
to process any application for reappointment.
Members who pay their fees annually shall not be entitled to vote at any meetings of
die Corporation unless their membership fees were paid in full at least thirty (30) days
prior to the date of the meeting.
Copies of the proposed amendment to the By-laws may be reviewed or picked up at the
Administration Office. Please contact Brenda Mitchell, 272-8205.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
