The green
1995 GMC half -ton
pick-up, which had.
its keys left in the vehicle, was
taken for a joyride between 8 and
11:45 p.m. to the intersection of
Elginfield,Road and Adelaide Street,
reports the Huron OPP.

Huron East man, 28, charged
with impaired driving
A 28 -year-old Huron East man
has been charged with driving with
a blood/alcohol level of more than 80
mg. and with speeding after he was
stopped on Kippen Road on Feb. 12.
Huron OPP stopped a vehicle
travelling 122 km/h in a 90 km/h
zone and found the driver showing
signs of being impaired.
The driver failed a roadside test
and was taken to the Huron detach-
ment for further tests. The samples
were greater than the legal limit of
80 mg. of alcohol.
The man is scheduled to attend
court in Goderich on April 3.
Seaforth youth, 17, charged
A 17 -year-old Seaforth youth has
been charged with failing to comply
with the conditions of his release
after he was found showing signs of
having consumed liquor on Feb. 11.
Huron OPP attended a Seaforth
apartment at 9:30 p.m. and the
youth answered the door showing
signs of consuming alcohol.
The youth was recently released
with the condition he abstain from
drinking alcohol. •
He is scheduled to appear in court
in Goderich on Feb. 13.
