'Tis the season for trying something daring
OH SANTA
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
Give me some cheer.
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
You never give me a tear.
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
You bring me nice things,
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
Does Mrs. Claus sing?
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
How do you do?
Oh Santa, Oh Santa,
Dreams will come true.

TIS THE SEASON
Tis the season,
for sharing, caring.
And trying something daring.
Tis the season
Boxing Day,
everyone says "Hoorah!"
Tis the season,
Jesus is near,
Tis the season,
Of snowmen,
And two men are busy.
Tis the season,
Kris Kringle
and his jingle bells,
Ring!

ON CHRISTMAS DAY
On Christmas morn, I awoke with
delight,
There was lots of presents,
And it was the birth of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
I yelled to my mother, father and siblings,
To come to the Christmas tree to see what
was so great.
They came in a hurry with joy on their
faces,
They ran like the wild and laughed like
hyenas.
,My brother ran to the tree and took the
first gift,
Jorgie Janes, St. James School
I yelled to him Stop! For I must say
something first.
I told them to bow their heads and to pray
to the Lord, "
I told them to be thankful for all that we
have.
They understood what Christmas is
about,
They understood and they prayed, no
doubt.
After we prayed, we sang, and we
laughed,
We handed out gifts as we danced and we
prayed.
For today was the greatest day,
Well that's what we say.

THE FIRST CHRISTMAS
On a clear night long ago,
When a star shone bright,
A baby was born
At the dead of night.

The baby who was born,
Was named Jesus,
For He was the one,
Brought down from Heaven for us.
After Jesus was born,
Many people heard the news,
And desperately wanted to visit him,
They knew he'd help take away their
blues.
When Jesus was first born,
It was called Christmas,
Which we still celebrate today,
By singing carols about God and Santa
• Parades.

THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS
The elves were working efficiently, all
through the night,
As Rudolph was practicing, his guiding
light.
Mrs. Claus was saying goodbye,
And the reindeer were preparing to fly.
Santa flipped into his dashing sleigh,
At home, the children were waiting for
Christmas Day.
The parents were wrapping presents with
a glistening bow,
While in the other room, loved ones were
under the mistletoe.
Everyone was waiting for the special day,
But then, they stopped and remembered
that little baby in the hay.
After their faithful wait,
They sat down and saw it was very late.
All the little ones got out of their cos-
tumes of Little Bo Beep,
And 1 aid down for a good night sleep..
Adults went off to bed after enjoying a
good cup of tea,
While they were sleeping, Santa secretly
came down their chimney.
