vs. Lloyd ez Sinn, which was a, case
of claiming damages from) the defence
ant when the latter's truck spilled a

Wm. Coates Homer Busevell, Seth
Brown, Ernie Appleton and W. 11.
Armstrong brought in a verduct for
half the damage clairrned.
Two other important cases were
tried by His Honor, Judge' E. N. Le-
wis, and decision reserved. One a
claim for twO barrelsi of ail, sold, de-
livered, but refused, on the plea of
being below grade in weight. The
other a claim far damages to a cow
being driven• on the highway, by being
hit by an automobile Another auto-
mobile case was adjourned.
