Teams from Dublin, Hcsson, Lucan, - Seafoith, St. Marys, Kinkora and St. Columban enjoyed a day of fun and sportsmanship. Lucan defeated St. Columban by a score of 4-1 to win the "B" championship while Dublin defeated Kinkora 3-1 to take the "A" championship. Hank Van Rooijen from Almelo, Holland. has been visiting with his cousin. • Janneke and Jim Murray. This is Mr. Van Rooijcn's first visit to Canada. Conc. 2. Township of Tuckersmith The land is within the urban area of the Township of.'ilackersmith, pursuant to O.P.A. *284.. The development i. adjacent to the Seafonh Golf Club. The plan of subdivision proposes the. creation of 263 units for single family residential development. The development is intended to be serviced by a sewer system connected to the municipal, system. The welter supply is intended to be a piped water system connected to the municipal system: The internal road, for this development are a,20 metre (66 ft.) allowance and are intended to be pnvate road: Storm drainage i, ro t provided through storm sewers and storm water management detention facilities • • The VR8 zone is a special zone designed with specific provisions for this deselopm. nt. A private community centre is proposed for this development. • The development is a total of 26.6 he (65.7 ac) with the following.proponiuns: 13.4 ha (33 ac) to residential units; 9.17 ha (15.2 ac) in toad; 6.92 ha (17 ac) in blocks and reserves; and .1 ha 1.25 ac) in walkways.
