The Seaforth Minor Sports Council would like to invite
everyone to their Annual Turkey Bingo on Monday. Dec.
13. The Seaforth Legion Branch 156 hosts the turkey
bingo at the Seaforth and District Community Centres.
with all prize money remaining as a normal Monday night
bingo.
There will be 12 draws throughout the night for a 12 -
pound grade A turkey. This is your chance to win some
cash and possibly a nice fresh turkey for the holidays, or
just come out for some fun and your chance to win some
of the $2,600 plus prize money.

Senior Shuffleboard
Senior Shuffleboard continues weekly at the Seaforth
and District Community Centres from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
Come out and enjoy some fun and excitement. Last
week's winners were:
Ladies: Velma Preszcator - 411. Shirley Morrison - 333
and Audrey McLean - 307.
Men: Harry Pennings - 391, Ken Preszcator - 351 and
Charlie Perkins - 336.
Recreation preview
Free Public Skating
Free public skating is held each Sunday afternoon from
2:30 to 4 p.m. at the Seaforth and District Community
Centres. Extra times will be held during the Christmas
break. Most afternoons from Dec. 27 'to Jan. 6, free
skating will take place. Please watch the Community
Calendar for dates and times. A special thank you is
extended to all businesses and community groups who
donated money towards the skating times.
Hockey School Shoot-out
The Seaforth and District Community Centres and the
Dave McLlwain Hockey School will be hosting a three -
on -three shoot-out on Jan. 5 and 7.
Think you are going to he bored after the New Year:'
Don't he. Put together a team and enter. Divisions will be
held for Tyke Novice Atom and Pee Wee age groups.
Entry fee is $250 per team and each team is guaranteed
four games with many great prizes to be won.
Entry forms are available at the arena. Tournament rules
are found on the entry form. For more information please

Library Christmas Open House
.The Seaforth Branch Library will he hosting a
Christmas Open House and Storytime on Saturday, Dec.
11 from I to 3 p.m. The library will be accepting
donations of either cash or children's books for the
Christmas Bureau or the Phoenix Second Stage Housing.
You can bring your donated books to the open house.
Join the book clubs and staff in donating to this
worthwhile cause.
