inated in Canada's West.
Huron County farmers
are keenly interested in the
new air seeder made by
Flexi-Coil Ltd., a 46 -year-
old farm equipment manu-
facturer from
Saskatchewan, because of
its adaptability, load
capacity and convenience,
says Len Lobb, an Exeter
farm equipment sales rep-
resentative.
These features are
becoming increasingly
important for area crop
growers who, after two
years of late springs, are
searching for something to
minimize time spent in the
field.
"h highlighted the need
for planting power," said
Lobb. "Planting power is
going to be the catch
phrase for the next decade.
The greatest change in
cropping equipment is in
planting and seeding."
At a field demonstra-
tion last fall. the seeder
was wellreceived and
farmers asked endless
questions.
"Every grower has a
concept of how to -marry
the machine with existing
units," he said. "The prod-
uct is very much grower
oriented."
The technology was
developed in the Western
provinces where farmers
with large acreages begar
to demand a seed planter
with large load capacity

including Flexi-Coil, one
of Canada's best and the
fifth largest manufacturer
