Catering is one of
the most
important
aspects of a wedding.
Local caters will suit
your planning needs.
Grace Campbell has
been in the catering
business for 12 years and
has "enjoyed every
minute of it." Working at
the Walton Inn, she also
caters weddings and
other engagements such
as the Ambassador of the
Fair Competition, and
the Harmony Kings
receptions.
She has a list of about
20 people to call upon in
her business.
Campbell is busily
preparing for the
Seaforth Hospital's
Winter Interlude fund
raiser.
She suggests six weeks
notice is ideal to set plans in
motion for a wedding
reception. Depending on the
size of the wedding, ten
husband, Jeffry
opened Dianna's
Country Bakery
,and Cafe in St.
Columbian in
November this
past year.
MacArthur
suggests two
weeks notice to
prepare for an
engagement.
Relatively new to
the catering
'industry, she has
catered one
'wedding, a
birthday and a
°New Year's party.
MacArthur has
.been in the baking
business for ten
years, stressing
the closeness of
..Seaforth to St.
Columbian.
Dianna works with Laurie
Newbrand, while her father,
Dwayne, manages the
restaurant.
