Local caters will suit your planning needs. Grace Campbell has been in the catering business for 12 years and has "enjoyed every minute of it." Working at the Walton Inn, she also caters weddings and other engagements such as the Ambassador of the Fair Competition, and the Harmony Kings receptions. She has a list of about 20 people to call upon in her business. Campbell is busily preparing for the Seaforth Hospital's Winter Interlude fund raiser. She suggests six weeks notice is ideal to set plans in motion for a wedding reception.
