It lived up to that description in Seaforth and surrounding area last Thursday night. The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police report "during the early morning hours of Oct. 31, thieves went on a rampage in Stanley and Tuckersmith Townships. In all seven vehicles were stolen from area homes and usod as bat- tering rams to knock over stop and yield signs in the rural areas.
