THE AFTERMATH - Miller's car is shown here after he was placed in police custody. The OPP Suburban, left, and the
unmarked police van intentionally collided with the car and forced it to stop. The driver's side of the car was damaged,
and so were the two police vehicles. Police kept onlookers back to secure the scene.
