Fall recreation registrations stili in full swing
The Seaforth recreation
department will be hosts
war skating beginning
y, Sept.15. Room is
still available in both groups.
The groups are for under 9 -
years -old, and 9 and up. The
younger children are on the
ice from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.,
and the older ones go from
7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The
Instructor is Shanna Core.
The recreation department
is also be hosting a hockey
skills camp for those ages 6
to 13. years of age. It also
begins next Monday,but from
5 to 6:30 p.m. There is still
room for participants. Brian
O'Reilly will be the instruc-
tor. The registration fee is
$50 for 9 hours of ice.
Senior Shuffleboard contin-
ues every Wednesday after-
noon at the Seaforth and
District Community Centres
from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
Everyone is welcome for an
afternoon of fun and social.

The Annual Thrry Fox Run
is this Sunday in Seaforth,
beginning from the arena
anytime between 1 and 3
p.m. Pledge forms are avail-
able at any bank, the post
office, Town Hall, or the
community centres. For
more information on this or
any other recreation depart-
ment program please call the
office at 527-0882.
The Parents and Tots play-
group would like to invite
everyone to come out and
enjoy a morning of socializa-
tion every Tuesday from 9
a.m to 11:30 at the Northside
United Church Hall. Come
out and meet some new
friends or enjoy a morning
with old ones.
The Seaforth Figure
Skating Club is hosting a
Seaforth BIA deals with associate members
et cetera, at the expense of
the members who do pay a
special BIA levy," minutes of
that meeting state.
"It•was agreed participation
in any and all 13IA events or
advertising should be restrict-
ed to paid members, full or
associate."
The minimum tax for a full
BIA member is also $120.
The Seaforth Business
Improvement Association set
an associate member fee of
$120 when it last met, Aug.

the official Snow White was at Susan's Sewing in Seaforth
recently signing autographs, and having her picture taken
with local children, for instance Lynda Vincent and her
three-year-old daughter Julie, in this picture. Long, from
Burlington, owns the exclusive rights in Can* to play the
fairy tale character, and has travelled wrote the country
with her show 'The Magical Music of Snow White. She has
also put out a CD. Her aunt is Susan Halfpenny of the local
sewing store of the same name, who makes Snow White's
dresses.
