The property is still valu-
able and still on the same
site, but with fewer build-
ings.
This Walton Hotel also
changed hands once again
recently.
Walton said goodbye to
Karl and Annie
MacNaughton. who had
owned it since 1988, and
recently welcomed the new
owners - Graeme. Helen.
Michael and Shannon Craig.
Owning an inn is a new
venture for them and they
recognize that they have a lot
to learn about the business.
But they welcome everyone
to come in and enjoy all the
Walton Inn has to offer.
A true fact...
The number of practising
Muslims is set to overtake
Anglicans in England.
according to The Sundae
Times.
A study by a research chari-
ty shows there will be 4,000
more regular worshippers of
Islam than there are
Christians attending Church
of England services by the
year 2002.
RUNNINGTHERESTAURANT - in Walton will be the well-known mother -daughter team of
Grace (right) and Debbie Campbell.
By the looks of all the flow-
ers and cards and the great
number of people that have
. come through the door since
they opened I'd say the inn
has lots to other. Good luck!
Walton also welcomes
Grace and Debbie Campbell
who will be running the
restaurant during the week
and a catering business on
Saturday. A lot of you will
know Grace front Gymbags
restaurant to the Seaforth
Commercial Hotel where she
• ran the restaurant and her
successful catering business.
Debbie has also been singing
with the Seaton!) Harmony...
Hi -Cites • and with the
women's barbershop quartet
"Carousel."
