Mr. Hogg served for many years in the Ontario Department of Education as Director of Extension Services and as Assistant Registrar. Before entering the Department, he was Principal of schools in Woodstock, Bright, and Thamesford. He was a rliember of the Downtown Toronto Rotary Club and the King Solomon's Lodge No. 43 Woodstock.
