The accreditation is a voluntary standards program for Canadian hospitals. The award is for three years. Hospital CEO Bill Thibert said the council "com- plimented us on our- very enthusiastic approach tothe client centred survey -process." Seaforth was one of the first small hospitals, in Canada to have been -assessed under the new standards. The hospital staff did a lot -of work," said Thibert..
