Terry Fox run approaches
The Terry Fox Run will be
held in Seaforth and all of
Canada on Sunday, September
17. Seaforth's Run, Walk,
Bike, etc, will begin at the
Seaforth and District Commun-
ity Centres at 10:00 a.m. Please
try to register and start before
noon. Pledge sheets will be
available around town. The
miracle of the dream runs on.
Don't miss out.
Joint'Registration for fall and
winter recreation programs will
be held at the Seaforth District
Arena on Wednesday, Sept. 6
and Thursday, Sept. 7 from 7
to 9 p.m. each night. Register
for minor hockey, ringette,
figure skating, power skating,
and much more. For more
information, contact the Recre-
ation Office at 527-0882.
The Seaforth Recreation
Deptartment will be hosting
power skating again this fall.
This gives your children a
chance to practise and warm up
before the hockey, ringette and
figure skating programs begin.
The Power Skating program
will be held from Sept. 18 to
September 28. Two - four day
weeks for one hour each night.
Registration will be held Sept.

gram from the Seaforth
Playskool and Playground
children. Thanks go to Monica
Ryan, Jill Wood and Summer
Hodgins for arranging this.
Residents also took a bus trip
to St. Christopher's Beach in
Goderich which was a lovely
afternoon for all who attended.

for inviting us out to his home
to view the beautiful flowers.

will see are Dave McLlwain,
Scott Driscoll, Mike Watt,

Brad Jansen. Brad Jansen is the
CCM Representative, and he
also played on the Wayne
Gretzky 99 team in Europe.
Come out and watch some
excellent hockey talent. All
proceeds from the game will
go towards the Seaforth Minor
Hockey Association and the
Seaforth Centenaires. Many of
the players in the game are
graduates of the Seafarth sys-
tem.
