CEC camp
continues
The Career Experience Camp
is in it's second, three-week
session for this summer. Eight
students who are attending
Seaforth District High School
in September are involved in
the second C.E.C. session. A
total of 24 students (3 sessigns
with 8 students in each session)
have been given the
opportunity to participate in
this summer program through
the funding of Human
Resources Development
Canada and the Huron County
Board of Education. The goal
of this summer program is to
provide students with job
training skills and employment.

such as resume writing, carer,
goal assessment, self
awareness, team building and
peer relationships. Students in
each session are also required
to complete community
projects.

Flanagan, Kitchener (originally
from Dublin) who passed away
at age 55, after a long illness.

and Kathy and Chad Wolfe,
Mitchell; Dan and Janet
(Davidson) Mattka and 3 boys,
Brantford. Other members of
the family were unable to
attend because of other
commitments.

AGRICULTURE FEDERATION SUPPORTS YOUTH
LEADERSHIP - The Huron County Federation of Agriculture
has donated $1,000 to the Huron County Junior Farmers to
help support a leadership camp for rural and urban youth.
Camp youth chair Susan McLachlan accepts the cheque for
the Pude of Huron leadership camp from Huron Federation
of Agriculture president Steve Thompson. Hullett Townshlp
Council has also supported the camp with a $100 grant.
