DEATHS • / FISCHER, Edward, a resident of the Ritz Lutheran Villa, R.R. 5, Mitchell and formerly of Seaforth passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 25, 1995 in his 86th year. Born in Logan Township on February 6, 1910 he was a son of the late Henry Fischer and the former Augusta Hollatz. He was predeceased by his wife the former Velma Hinz on January 17, 1987. Following their marriage the couple farmed in Logan Township moving to Seaforth in 1950. While in Seaforth, he was employed at Boshart Furniture and later at Seaforth Community Hospital until his retirement in 1975. He was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Brodhagen. He is .survived by two sons Keith Fischer of Seaforth, and Brian Fischer and his wife Marie of Stratford, a daughter Dorothy Hehn of Rostock, five grandchildren, Perry and Brad Hahn, Patty Hartleib, Cartoon and Darren Fischer and by two great grandchildren Jessica and Ainslee Hehn. Ho was predeceased by a son-in-law Rudy Hehn and was the fast surviving member of his immediate family having been predeceased by five brothers and three sisters. There was no funeral home visitation. A family service was held at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, April 27 at 2:00 p m with Pastor Bob Book officiating. interment was in St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery, Brodhagen. 42-19-1cc 38.
