PROPOSED PUBLIC ROAD NAME CHANGES
SECTION 210 (111) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Hibbert intends to
pass a by-law to name public roads which may not have been previously
named, and to change the name of public roads which may have been
previously named.
The public road naming, or change of name is intended to facilitate the County-
vfide municipal addressing system which is required to be in place prior to the
implementation of the '9-1-1' emergency response system for ambulance, fire
and police services throughout the County. In addition, the municipal addressing
system will facilitate the delivery of goods and services (i.e. mail, courier, school
buses, etc.).
The proposed public road naming system is composed of Lines (east -west
oriented roadways) and Roads (north -south oriented roadways). Lines in rural
area will be numbered south to north, starting at 1 on the south boundary of the
County (ie. Line 1) Roads in the rural areas will be numbered east to west,
starting at 101 on the east boundary of the County (e.g. Road 101). Roadways
in built-up areas (i.e. hamlets) will be given local names (e.g. Main Street).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed naming/renaming of
public roads is available for inspection at the municipal office or the County of

REYNOLDS, Frank. It is with deepest
sorrow that the family of Frank
Reynolds inform others of his passing
on Friday, September 23, 1994, in
Seaforth Community Hospital in his 83rd
year. Loving husband of Amelda Watts.
Incredible father of Dawna and her
husband John Durst of Waterloo and
Douglas of Nanaimo, B.C. and
grandfather extraordinaire to Cara,
Susan and Andrea; brother of Steve
(Cyril) of Swan River, Manitoba and
Sister Cyril (Monica), Mount St. Joseph,
London and Gordon of Guelph. His
many nephews and nieces always knew
Uncle Frank was there for them. Many
found a true friend in Frank. The family
of Frank Reynolds received friends at
the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home,
Seaforth on Saturday, from 7-9 p.m.
and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish
prayers with Knights of Columbus were
held at the funeral home on Saturday at
9 p.m. Funeral Mass was held Monday,
September 26th at St. James Roman
Catholic Church, Seaforth at 11 a.m.

Seaforth, with Father Joseph Hardy
officiating. Frank's pallbearers were

SHANNON, Edna. Edna Shannon, 69,
of McKillop Township, died Thursday,
September 22, 1994 at Seaforth
Community Hospital. Bom at Bergheim,
Sask. August 17, 1925, she was a
homemaker. Surviving is her husband
lvin Shannon whom she married April 7,
1945 in Egmondville. Also survived by
her children Bob and his wife Betty of
Hamilton; Herb and his wife Bonnie of
Blyth; Tom and his wife Barb of
Seaforth; Scott and his wife Sandra of
Ingersoll, Sharon and friend Jeff of
Stratford; Blaine and friend Becky of
R.R.#4, Soaforth. Dear sister of Alma
Hugitl of Egmondville; Lorraine Dale of
Seaforth, Helen Wesenberg of Seaforth;
Ann Barry of Manitoba, and Mary
Koebel of Kitchener. Beloved
grandmother of nine grandchildren. She
was predeceased by her parents
Ferdinand Smith and the former Wanda

Goderich St. W, Seaforth where
services were held on Saturday,
September 24, 1994 with Rev. Bruce
Cook officiating. Cremation followed
with interment in Brussels Cemetery.
