Tables are set out so as to create a dance floor. If you're having a bar, you must buy the sundries from the arena: pop is $1 per bottle, ice is $1.25 per bag, orange Juice Is $1.50 per obt- tle, seven -ounce glasses are five cents each and 14 -ounce glasses are seven cents each. Deposit is $50; minimum rental fee between $200- $250. Minimum rental fee includes 100 -cup coffeemaker, use of tables and chairs, facili- ties for bartending and use of kitchen. Extras that can raise the rental fee include such things as microphone, sound system for back-up music, putting head table onstage with extra lighting, and so on. The centre also has a small room downstairs that is often rented for wedding showers. Rental fee Is $30. Seats about 40. ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION HALL (BRANCH 109 GODERICH) 524-6534 Seats about 200. Deposit is $50. Legion supplies bar- tenders, ticket sellers, door guards, liquor and licence. Space for dancing can be arranged. Kitchen rental through Ladies' Auxiliary. SALTFORD VALLEY HALL 524-9458 Seating capacity of 300-350. Cost to rent hall and have a bar is $500 plus GST; cost includes the use of the kitchen if you are having a cold meal. If you need to heat or cook food there is an additional cost that is based on the number of guests you are serving. You must provide your own caterer / and bartender. Dancing space ✓' available. There is also a small room upstairs that can be rented for bridal showers. The cost is $25 and it seats about 48. SEAFORTH COMMUNITY CENTRE 524-1272 Main Hall: Saturday's rental fee is $300 ($275 on Friday), with $50 deposit. Bar rental (with permit) an additional $50, full kitchen $65. Bar supplies - pop, cups, juice and ice supplied and renters billed. Bartenders available for $50. Must supply own caterer although names can be sug- gested. Hall has capacity for 477 with dancing. Small Hall: Saturday's rental fee is $125 ($100 Friday), with $50 deposit. Bar rental (with permit) $50 and kitchen rental $25. Bar supplies as above, and bartenders avail- able for $50. Must provide own caterer. Hail has capacity of 177 with dancing. Half of arena floor: Rental fee is $300 whether it's for Friday or Saturday. Deposit $50. Bar rental (with permit) $50. Limited kitchen facilities. Bar supplies as above and bar- tenders available for $50. Arena floor has capacity of 400 with dancing. SEAFORTH LEGION 527-0740 Hall rental $150 with special occasions permit, plus bar- tenders and bar supplies. If Legion supplies bartenders and bar supplies there is a flat fee of $225. Deposit $50.
