While the timing for the resumption of court operations has yet to be determined, the County of Huron expects to be functioning in the build- . ing by its December 7 meeting. The trailer development in Courthouse Park will house three courtrooms, including a jury courtroom, Court Services Division counter services, the Crown Attorney's office, Victim Witness office and the Huron Law Association office. On Monday, Nov. 21, it is expected that Crim- inal Court and Bail Court hearings will be held in Walkerton while Superior Court hearings will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Par- sons Court. On Tuesday, Nov. 22, sittings will commence in the temporary trailer in Courthouse Park for Superior Court, including Small Claims Court, Family Court and Bail Courts and intake courts. On Monday, Nov. 28, sittings will commence in the temporary trailer courthouse for Ontario Court of justice Criminal Court proceedings. The Goderich PAO Court will continue to be held at the Exeter Courthouse, 316 William Street until further notice. The contact number is 519.524-8394 ext. 322.
